Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from Sale, Free, Limited Edition items cannot be returned) within 7 days of the receipt date for a refund of that item. Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. Please make sure to give us full details of the fault with serial numbers so we can process the RMA quickly.
Arian Techtrade will only accept items in their original condition and Items must be unused. Before sending back to us, kindly drop us an email at [email protected] first, and we will assist you by giving you further instructions.
For warranty replacement, please allow a standard processing time of 3 - 4 weeks upon receiving the defective products.

- Reason of return - the exact description of the platform
- Date of goods received
- Your contact details - name, address, phone number, e-mail.
- Which form of return you are claiming.
